Getting to Villa Zeytin from the airport is straightforward. If arranged in advance, your transfer can be waiting for you and your hire car delivered directly to the villa.
Once settled in Karşıyaka, the island opens gently. Coastal roads, quiet beaches, Kyrenia Harbour, and the mountain-backed village of Bellapais are all within easy reach—inviting you to explore without the need to rush.
A simple start
Karşıyaka sits west of Kyrenia, tucked between the sea and the mountains. It is a calm, accessible base where you are never isolated, yet always away from the crowds.
This location is built for slower holidays. Spend your morning by the pool, then head out for fresh bread, a coastal lunch, or a scenic drive into the hills, all at your own pace.
Airports
Ercan
The most straightforward arrival point. Karşıyaka is approximately 50km away—a 50–60 minute drive.
Larnaca
A common choice for direct flights. Allow 1 hour 30 minutes to 1 hour 45 minutes, plus time for the border crossing.
Paphos
Often worth considering for flight options. It is the longest route, requiring 2 hours 30 minutes to 3 hours.
Arrival
A pre-arranged transfer is the most relaxed way to arrive. Once you meet your driver, you can simply sit back and take in the landscape.
