Our rates are based on exclusive use of Villa Zeytin for 7 nights.
The price includes private use of the villa, private 10 x 5 metre pool, three bedrooms, three bathrooms, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, towels, linen, fully equipped kitchen, outdoor dining space, BBQ area and private parking.
Additional nights may be available and are charged at the applicable daily rate.

Clear Pricing Before You Book
All rates are for exclusive use of the entire villa.
A 20% deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due 28 days before your scheduled arrival.
A refundable £250 security deposit is required before check-in. This will be returned after departure, subject to inspection of the property. Any damage, missing items or additional cleaning costs may be deducted from the deposit.

Additional Services
Mid-stay cleans, airport transfers and car hire can usually be arranged on request, subject to availability and third-party charges.
