Villa Zeytin Rates
One weekly rate gives your group exclusive use of the villa, garden, terraces and private 10 × 5 metre swimming pool.
Guide prices range from £950 to £1,300 for seven nights, depending on the season, exact dates and availability.
The rate is for the whole property: three bedrooms, three bathrooms, private outdoor space and a pool reserved entirely for your group.

It means breakfast outside without waiting for a table, an afternoon beside a pool reserved for your group and the freedom to cook, barbecue or head out for dinner when it suits you.
Costs Kept Separate from the Weekly Rate

Electricity Allowance
Each seven-night stay includes an electricity allowance of 150 kWh this is usually enough for a typical stay.
Usage above the allowance is charged at approximately £0.30 per kWh. Meter readings are taken at arrival and departure.
Optional Arrangements
Airport transfers, car hire, mid-stay cleaning and linen or towel refreshes are not included in the weekly rate.
They may be arranged in advance, subject to availability and separate charges. A cot can be provided; extra beds are not available.

How Direct Booking Works
You will know the confirmed dates, total price and payment schedule before the reservation is agreed.

Use the availability calendar or send your preferred arrival and departure dates.

Confirm the Total
We will confirm availability, the direct price and any optional arrangements you have requested.
Step 3
Secure the Booking
A 20% deposit secures the dates. The deposit is non-refundable once the booking has been confirmed.
Step 4
Pay the Balance
The remaining balance is due 28 days before arrival. Bookings made within 28 days are payable in full.
Payment is accepted by bank transfer or by credit or debit card through PayPal.

The usual minimum stay is seven nights. Exact arrival days can depend on the season and the bookings immediately before and after yours.
