Your dates. Clear booking costs.
Plan your week with the costs clear from the start. Your rental is for the whole villa and private 10 × 5m pool, exclusively for up to six guests. There are three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The minimum stay is seven nights.

Seven-night stays range from £1,035 to £1,385 including the £85 cleaning and laundry charge. The refundable £250 security deposit is separate.

How to book
- Choose your dates. The booking form checks availability and calculates the current stay price.
- Review the total. Check the rental, cleaning, separate security deposit and any requested extras before submitting your request.
- Secure the booking. The standard booking deposit is 20%. It is non-refundable once the booking is confirmed.
- Pay the balance. The balance is due 28 days before arrival. Bookings made within 28 days are payable in full.
Payment is by bank transfer using the details provided with your written booking confirmation. Read the full booking and cancellation conditions before booking.
Been before? The returning-guest arrangements have their own eligibility and payment terms.

Check-in: 15:00–22:00.
Check-out: by 11:00.
