Your stay includes the villa, 10 × 5 metre pool, three bedrooms, three bathrooms, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, towels, linen, kitchen facilities, outdoor dining, barbecue area and private parking.
Additional nights may be available depending on the season and existing bookings.

Clear Pricing Before You Book
All rates are for exclusive use of the entire villa.
A 20% deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due 28 days before your scheduled arrival.
A refundable £300 security deposit is required upon check-in. This is returned at check-out, subject to the villa being left in good order. Any damage, missing items, electricity usage over the allowance or additional cleaning costs may be deducted from the deposit.

Additional Services
Mid-stay cleans, airport transfers and car hire can usually be arranged on request, subject to availability and third-party charges.
