A lift from the airport, a hire car waiting at the villa, or milk and bread for a late arrival. Tell us what would help, and we’ll explain what we can arrange and what it costs.
Airport transfers and car hire
We have used Bellapais Taxis and Car Hire for our own journeys and for guests for around four years. You can contact them directly, or ask us to put you in touch.
A transfer from the airport
They arrange transfers from Ercan, Larnaca and Paphos. Send your airport, flight number, arrival date and time, and the number of people travelling.
Mention children’s seats and any large items of luggage when asking for a quote.
A car for your holiday
We recommend a car for beaches, shops and days out around Karşıyaka. Car hire can be delivered to the villa.
Ask Bellapais about the available vehicles, hire dates and delivery arrangements. If you are unsure whether you need a car for the whole week, ask us.

Bellapais is an independent business. You agree the transfer or hire price, vehicle, payment and booking terms with them directly.
They have offered baby seats free of charge; ask for the seat you need when booking and check the current arrangement.

Your first evening and morning
Food ready when you arrive
If your flight arrives late, ask us about an arrival pack with basics such as water, milk and breakfast supplies. Tell us what you would like before you travel.
We’ll agree what can be provided and any extra cost with you. An arrival pack is not automatically included in the rental.
Somewhere for dinner
Tell us when you expect to arrive and what you feel like eating. We can suggest somewhere in Karşıyaka or farther along the coast in Lapta and Alsancak.
Finding your way around
We can point you towards supermarkets, bakeries and breakfast stops for the next morning. There is no need to plan a long outing on your first day.

Ask us about the places you want to visit. We can help you decide which trips fit together, including Kyrenia and Bellapais.

Extra cleaning, linen and towels
For a longer booking, ask us about a mid-stay clean or fresh bed linen and towels. These are extra services, arranged in advance and subject to availability.
We’ll agree the timing and cost before you arrive. They are separate from the fixed post-stay cleaning and laundry charge that applies to every booking.
Questions about guest services
Do we need a car?
We recommend one for most guests. The villa is in a village rather than a resort strip, and a car makes beaches, shops and days out easier. A taxi is useful for evenings when nobody wants to drive.
Are transfers and car hire included in the rental?
No. They are booked and paid for separately with Bellapais Taxis and Car Hire. We can help with the introduction.
Can we ask about arrangements before booking the villa?
Yes. Send us your questions, with any dates or flight plans you already have.
